I'm Madison Pincombe
I'm a Madison, WI native and Iowa State alum with a creative mind, a classically preppy style and a passion for positively impacting others. Whether putting together a great outfit or diving deeper into my faith, I hope you'll join me for every single moment and adventure. In September of 2016, I was in my first semester of freshman year at Iowa State University studying Journalism and Apparel Merchandising and I was beginning to really miss my hometown of Middleton, Wisconsin and my friends and family there. Having introduced myself far too many times in the first two weeks of classes, I had realized two things: 1) No one knew of Middleton, but they had heard of Madison which is only 15 minutes away, and 2) I got some laughs and was easily remembered when I introduced myself as Madison from Madison. Because of these realizations and a desire to keep my friends and family updated while applying what I'm learning in my courses, Madison from Madison was born. I've loved the way that blogging has pushed my creativity and allowed me to reach others through both fun and vulnerable content. I truly cannot wait to see what the future has in store for me and this site.
A little about me- I am a lover of traveling, organizing, arts and crafts, Marvel, dancing, cheering on the Cyclones/Badgers/Packers, monograms, singing, sappy romance movies, and coffee dates with sweet friends, just to name a few.

I am currently an intern with Goode Girl Media. I write magazine features, conduct interviews, search for pick-up photography and assist with photo shoots. I previously interned with The Knot digital team in New York City and with the Better Homes & Gardens Home Design team at Meredith Corporation in Des Moines.

I always look forward to any chance I get to return home because I absolutely love my family and my hometown. Some of my favorite summer days are spent walking the Madison Farmers' Market or watching the sun set at the Memorial Union Terrace together.
